Position Overview:
As the Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that support company goals and drive sales. From product launches to customer campaigns and advertising, you'll play a key role in bolstering our brand and enhancing the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create strategic messaging, go-to-market campaigns, and co-marketing programs.
  • Support key product launches and develop sales enablement materials.
  • Measure campaign success and present results to leadership.
  • Manage promotional materials, event budgets, and conduct ROI analysis.
  • Develop new POP and training material to increase sales performance and brand recognition.

Ideal Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of retail marketing or brand marketing experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and metrics-driven thinking.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and best practices.
  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, and GoToWebinar is an asset.

Working Conditions:
  • Hybrid work environment: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote.
  • Travel to events in Canada and the US may be required.
